*Cardamon is a spice many of us are not familiar with. It is very popular in India. Cardamom has a strong, unique taste, with an intensely aromatic, resinous fragrance. Black cardamom has a distinctly more smoky, though not bitter, aroma with a coolness some consider similar to mint.

*Cardamon is a very expensive ingredient, if you don't have it or do not want to buy it, it will still taste just as great.

* If kababs are not your thing you may turn it into a sandwich with Pita bread.

* If your a fan of garlic definitely add more.

*If you don't not have allspice, the recipe will work without it.

*For extra tender and juicy chicken marinate over nigh instead of just four hours.

* Tomatoes are also a wonderful addition it the kababs.
